Public and shared content
Some features may allow content to be shared with coaches, players, academies or other authorised users. Information you choose to share may be copied, saved or further disclosed by recipients. Please only upload or share content where you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Marketing communications
We may send information about CrickRoo products, services and updates where permitted by law. You can opt out of promotional communications by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us. This will not stop essential account, security, billing or service messages.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and web portals may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, protect accounts, understand service usage and improve performance. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, although some functions may then be unavailable.
Overseas processing
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain records and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to backups and lawful retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information from within the Services. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We may retain limited information after deletion where required by law, necessary for transaction records, needed to resolve disputes, or reasonably required for security and fraud prevention.
You can control camera, microphone, photo-library, notification and location permissions through your device settings. Turning off a permission may prevent the related feature from operating.
Account deletion
You may request deletion through any account-deletion feature provided in the app or by emailing support@athmech.com. Deleting your CrickRoo account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through the account used to make the purchase.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. Please explain the issue and provide enough information for us to investigate. We will respond within a reasonable period. You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services, practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where a change is material, we may also provide notice through the Services or by email.
